Making Precision Parts for Over 18 Years Established in 1994, Ming Chiang Precision provides premium metal part production services from our factories in Taiwan and mainland China. Our main products include EMI shielding cases, 3C electronic parts, digital cameras and computers. We also offer plastic insert-mounted, CNC turning machinery, laser welding and assembly rivet parts in order to meet our customers' needs and are made with the use of precision metal stamping and metal press tools, as well as progressive dies.
With A Strictly Controlled Production Process
We have six R&D staff with 10 years of experience that facilitate special equipment such as Life CAD software (2-D DWG and DXF; 3D proE, igs 2004 version) to produce 105 sets of new tools per quarter. We also have 10 QC staff with eight years of experience that ensure all our products' raw material such as Wieland from Germany and Mitsubishi from Japan are of high quality and they control a defect rate less than 50PPM lower than the standard defect rate 100PPM.
